Continuing from our last post, we’re still at CeBit 2010 in Hannover, Germany.
We are having a fantastic time meeting Kayako customers and visitors. Today alone we met around fifty customers who stopped to chat and to pick up some Kayako goodies, including our new and famous t-shirts (they’re stunning – 100% organic sueded cotton!).

We have landed in Hannover, Germany for CeBit 2010. The event is kicking off today, and we have been super busy with last minute preparations.
Here are some pictures of our shiny new booth being constructed, as well as some swag we will be giving away to lucky visitors.
We are at CeBit for the full event; 2nd March 2010 to the 6th March inclusive, and will be posting plenty more pictures as the event goes on.

Kayako will be attending CeBit this year in Hannover, Germany. CeBit is the world’s largest IT and business technology trade fair. Kayako will be in attendance for the full event; 2nd March 2010 to the 6th March inclusive.
We plan on demonstrating SupportSuite to newcomers and hopefully meeting many of our existing customers. Come and tell us how you use Kayako software and how you would like your support desk platform to better work for you.
We will also be demonstrating components of Version 4 – the next generation of customer support and relationship management software.
If you are planning on attending, you can find us in Hall 6 (we have a much bigger booth this year).

Our offices will be closed on the 25th of December (for Christmas day) and the 1st January (for New Years’ Day). As always, technicians will be available to support our hosted services and handle issues of urgency.

On Saturday, the 19th December 2009, we celebrated the first Annual Fest at Kayako. This is the first of what is going to be an annual event, where the whole team (and their families) are invited to a party, everyone an opportunity to celebrate the year, to reflect on what we have achieved and to look forward to the next.
We also use the party as an event to bring together some known faces in information technology – inviting speakers and related dignitaries to give an insight into what Kayako, the government, industry as a whole and the education system is doing for IT in our region.
