We are working on a new component for Kayako desktop applications (InstaAlert, SyncWorks and the operators’ application) which will automatically check for new application versions and optionally download and install them for you.

Absolutely do love auto updates… I would rather do it this way than consistently go out every few months and search for updates for all my software pieces. As long as there are options to disable if needed and also an option to do it silently…
