TicketAlert for Mac OSX released

Software house IT2Be, developers of the iPhone app for Kayako helpdesk software (SupportDesk) have released a new application for Apple’s Mac OSX: TicketAlert. TicketAlert is an InstaAlert-esque desktop application which alerts you to new tickets and new ticket replies. It is currently in beta, but by all accounts, running smoothly.

TicketAlert requires Growl for desktop visual and audio notifications. If you use an instant messenger on your Mac, you probably already have it.
